Fair Housing

The Fair Housing Advocacy Program provides resolution in housing discrimination.

The Fair Housing Advocacy Program provides assistance to persons who feel they have been discriminated against in the area of housing. Federal and state laws make it illegal for anyone to refuse to rent or sell housing or make a housing loan because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, age or because you have children. Under the Fair Housing Advocacy Program, Niagara Community Action Program, Inc. will help to see if the law was broken, attempt to resolve your complaint and / or prepare your complaint for referral to the appropriate federal, state or local housing discrimination agency.
